If you are receiving this email, you have qualified for the match play rounds of the Karori Golf Club Championships.
Congratulations to our Stroke Play winners; Senior, David Farmer after a four hole playoff with Scott McHardy and Grant Pollard; Intermediate Neil Hoskin; Stuart Preston scoring 79 off the White Tees to prevail; and one of our "Futures" members Silas Campbell in the Junior B Division winning his first trophy. All these winners will be recognised more formally at the Prize Giving on the 6th of October.
The draw for the matchplay rounds has been completed and is posted on the noticeboard. Default tee times have been booked for you all on Sunday 15 September teeing off from tee number 1 as a rolling start. Tee off is Seniors, Intermediates, Junior A, and Junior B.
You are at liberty to play your game on or before the day by mutual arrangement.
I encourage you all to play your first rounds. Qualifying is a big deal.
It is nice to have a good bunch of our younger members and two of our women members have qualified for matchplay too.
Matchplay is off the stick, no shots are given. Best gross score on the hole wins.
